I cannot say enough good things about the work completed. We converted from oil to natural gas and everyone in the company was professional and knowledgeable. The work completed was clean, organized, and thorough. They truly went above what was listed on our proposal to ensure we were happy with the service. Two of the things that stuck out were having a team member fix a piece of siding that fell on the roof (unrelated to the work being done) and sending someone out two weeks after the installation to adjust a pipe preventing our stove from touching the wall (done free of charge.) The staff was also extremely helpful with the financial side of the proposal, which many other companies we talked to were not willing to assist with. Lastly, they answered any questions we had unrelated to the project (i.e. propane tank removal, oil tank removal, etc..) and seemed genuinely happy just to share their knowledge. 10 out of 10, would recommend it to anyone looking to convert to natural gas in a heartbeat! They pick up the phone. With all the other contractors I deal with, this is a breath of fresh air. They sent out a tech the next day who was on time, had the part needed and accurately trouble-shot the problem. His price for the time was reasonable and my mother in law’s A/C is working great now. No upsell or anything unneeded. The tech suggested some tips on maintenance as well. Honest, old-school firm. Great.

Rick and his team are simply amazing. We had a ducted heat pump system (heating and cooling) installed by Volpe Services to replace our steam heating system. It was a huge job and I don’t know that it could have been any smoother and easier for us thanks to the outstanding work of Rick and his team. The entire process was nothing but constant communication, professionalism, respect, and all the positive qualities you would want demonstrated by a contractor. Prior to starting the job, Rick showed up when he said he would, communicated the status of the estimate, and answered all our questions along the way (which I had a ton). Once the work started, we were a little intimidated and stressed about having a crew in our house for a week for a large job like this. These feelings were quickly dissolved by the high-quality work the guys did along with their general friendliness and manners. My wife and I were introduced to every person that walked through our door and at some point, throughout the week, had positive interactions with each one of them. Rick the owner & his team of professionals were fair at giving us a quote for our new air/HVAC system while working with our current ductwork. Of course, he was one of three quotes I received but Rick was honest something I have rarely encountered while owning several homes over the years! The new system took time to tweak but ultimately we are very happy! The system we originally had for air conditioning was too big and thus, it never felt like the house was a fresh cooling zone on our third and fourth floors! Excellent company, excellent service, excellent people, very reputable, very knowledgeable; Rick and the team are way ahead of anybody else in the trade. They check & double check to guarantee that the system will perform at high efficiency with good air flow, low static pressure and the proper humidity levels in the house regardless of the load on the equipment. If you want a well designed system that performs well and lasts for many years [ because it is installed properly ] and you want to deal with best company out there than Volpe is the only way to go. They made converting from propane to natural gas a simple cost effective choice. Controlling my thermostat from my phone is a great perk! When I wake up it’s nice to be able to raise the temperature from under the covers! Two thumbs up

Volpe was AMAZING. I am so grateful that a technician was able to come out on a Friday night right before the temps were going to drop. Service was then followed up with a phone call asking how our experience was. We were up and running the next morning. We will continue to use this company and highly recommend them.

I was having a few maintenance issues with my hvac system and contacted Volpe Service Company for assistance. I spoke with the owner, Rick, who was professional and more than helpful. An appointment was scheduled and a repair tech arrived on time and was courteous. The repair tech fixed the issues and was respectful of my home. Thank you Rick and I plan on utilizing Volpe Service Company in the future.

From start to finish working with Volpe was amazing. The owner Rick was very professional and honest. He gave us accurate information and finished our job so fast. Truly was a pleasure doing business with them.

When our heating system failed us, Volpe got here the next day and worked tirelessly to fix our tankless. They called the manufacturer for assistance, which included checking for warranties. When it became clear we needed a new pump, they sourced it and installed it as quickly as they were able. We now have heat and hot water again and we also have a service company that we know we can call in a pinch to reliably help us through any issues we hopefully won’t have any time soon. Reasonable, reliable, and honest.

We had a urgent need for a visit Our AC failed during this heat wave. Volpe came immediately. We need a new unit .So far the communication has been excellent. We signed an agreement to have a new unit installed. Looking forward to an excellent end result
